Smitty’s Carpet is a family-owned flooring business based in Steubenville, Ohio. Founded by Mike Smith in 1997, the company officially opened its storefront in February 1998 on North Fourth Street. Today, it operates from 140 South 4th Street, offering a wide range of flooring products including carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl, tile, waterproof flooring, and area rugs. In addition to its extensive inventory, Smitty’s provides services such as free in-home estimates, professional installation, carpet re-stretching, area rug binding, subfloor repair, and design consultation for both residential and commercial customers.
